Our company is looking for a Software Engineer (Production Support) to join our team

Job Description-

As a Software Engineer, you will work in backend support group within our Operations team. The Engineer will work with PLSQL/SQL, Python and Unix scripting & latest technologies Tool , mainly handling incidents using ITIL framework and developing automations in production system to reduce re-occurring problem.

What will your job look like?

• Oversee and ensure the integrity of production systems on a day-to-day basis to ensure the backend services are being delivered on time
• Incidents Handling using ITIL framework
• Converting Old Unix Scripts in Python module to work on multi-Thread
• Strong knowledge in PLSQL/SQL to write complex queries and knowledge in query Tunning. Knowledge of DB performance analysis is plus point
• Writing Unix Script with DB Connection and Remote DB connection. Strong knowledge on Unix Command to do Day to day work related to Incident handling.
• Telecom Understating background is good to have
• Fluent in English speaking as support need to connect globally
• SRE and Automation
• Production Technical Support
• High Availability

All you need is…

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Mandatory flexibility to work any shift or day of the week, including holidays
